OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Peterbilt of Cincinnati, Inc., appeals a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas ordering Peterbilt to attend a deposition and awarding plaintiff-appellee, Gordon Construction Inc., $1,500 in attorney fees.

{¶ 2} On November 1, 2001, the trial court entered a judgment against Peterbilt and in favor of Gordon for $18,101.54. Peterbilt appealed the trial court's decision to this court1 but did not seek a stay of execution of the judgment under Civ.R. 62(B).
