POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Robert Holmes, Jr. appeals from an order denying post-conviction relief 1 contending that: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s verdict; (2) the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted evidence of another crime and ruled that he could be impeached with his prior convictions if he testified; (3) he was denied a fair trial when the trial court read his aliases to the jury and commented on a juror’s failure to vote; (4) he was entitled to a new trial based on newly discovered evidence; and (5) he was improperly sentenced.
