— In a matrimonial action, plaintiff husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of a judgment of divorce of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Pantano, J.), entered January 5, 1984, which, inter alia, dismissed his complaint for divorce, granted custody of the parties’ child to defendant wife, awarded defendant maintenance in the sum of $235 per week for a period of 12 months and thereafter $75 per week for a period of five years, and awarded defendant counsel fees in the sum of $5,000.
Judgment affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.
