BACKGROUND

On February 22, 1995, James J. Williams and Renee L. Williams “Debtors”, filed their voluntary joint petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 In August 1992, debtor James Williams was injured in an accident which arose out of, and was in the course of, his employment.
