TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

In this case we review a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”). The General Counsel of the Board brought an unfair labor practice complaint against an employer based on three charges that it had previously dismissed. The facts underlying these charges occurred more than six months prior to the filing of the formal complaint by the General Counsel. The Board dismissed the complaint as barred by the six-month statute of limitations prescribed by section 10(b) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(b). In addition,…
