This case involves claims brought by Thomas Dunn’s father, on behalf of himself and Thomas Dunn, and against Thomas Dunn’s former wife, Ariane Cometa. The claims were dismissed: some under the domestic relations exception to federal court jurisdiction, Ankenbrandt v. Richards, 504 U.S. 689, 703, 112 S.Ct. 2206, 119 L.Ed.2d 468 (1992); others based on Burford abstention, Burford v.
