MEMORANDUM

URBOM, Chief Judge.

Seth E. Blackwell, Sr., an inmate at the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex, has petitioned this court for a writ of habeas corpus. He was sentenced to life imprisonment by the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, on January 6, 1968, following his conviction of second degree murder.
