MORRIS, Chief Justice.
This is an action to recover damages for conversion of personal property. On June 23, 1950, the plaintiffs, as purchasers, and the defendants, as sellers, entered into a conditional sales contract whereby the plaintiffs purchased a business known and operated as Irving’s Tractor Lug Company. Involved in the sale was a stock of new, reconditioned, and used parts for tractors and agricultural implements, as well as catalogs and office supplies.
