MORRIS, Judge.

This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment rendered in an action to recover damages for the conversion of personal property. On June 23, 1950, the plaintiffs, as purchasers, and the defend ants, as sellers, entered into a conditional sales contract whereby the plaintiffs purchased the business known as Irving’s Tractor Lug Company operated by the defendants. The consideration was $100,-000, of which $5,000 was paid in cash. Title to the stock of goods consisting of new, reconditioned, and used parts for tractors and agricultural implements was retained by the defendants…
