BATEMAN, Justice.

The principal questions here presented concern the asserted liability of appellees to appellants under certain alleged employment contracts. International Hospitals, Inc. (herein called Hospitals) brought the suit against appellants for an injunction and for damages. The injunction was granted and, since it is not complained of here, will not be noticed further. The appellants J. F. Pigg and Gertrude Flanagan filed a cross-action against Hospitals and its sole stockholder, Richard L. Mackay.
