Defendant Faroulh Dorlette was indicted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e). He moves to suppress, as the product of an unlawful search and seizure, a revolver found in his possession on the night of December 24, 2008. The Court held an evidentiary hearing at which four people — the two officers at the scene as well as two of the individuals with Dorlette that night (Dominique Narcisse and Niahson Letang) — testified.
