Levin (Joel), The Phoenicia Corporation (Phoenicia), and Allen Corporation (Allen), appellants, three of the five defendants below, appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Turk, J., declaring that Joel’s former wife, Marilyn S.
