PSB, Inc. appeals the judgment rendered against it in favor of LIT Industrial Texas Limited Partnership, LIT PC, L.P. f/k/a PruCrow Industrial Properties, L.P., and Trammell Crow Dallas/Fort Worth, Ltd. for $86,481.58 plus pre-and post-judgment interest and attorney’s fees. On appeal, PSB contends the trial court erred in granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment on LIT PC’s breach of contract cause of action for unpaid rents and in granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment on PSB’s causes of action for fraud and business disparagement.
