MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

KOPF, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment (filing 28). Upon careful consideration of the pleadings, 1 affidavits, 2 and briefs submitted by the parties, I conclude that the motion should be granted in part and denied in part.

This is an employment discrimination case involving alleged violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17, and the Nebraska Fair Employment Practice Act (NFEPA), Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 48-1101 to 48-1125. The plaintiff, Joy Sidak, alleges that she was subjected…
