OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND 1

Plaintiff, Mary W. Jones (“Jones”), has filed two separate complaints against Defen dant, General Electric Information Services (“GEIS”), pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17, and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 based on two separate employment actions.
