Plaintiff Crystal Thomas brings this wrongful death and survival action in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of her father, Louis Thomas. Mr. Thomas was admitted to County of Chester, Pocopson Home for long-term nursing care, but died months later due to severe malnutrition, dehydration, sepsis, and kidney failure.
