Appellants, taxpayers of Pike county> brought this action to vacate a contract entered into by the commissioners of that county with the appellee Lori for the erection of a county jail and. sheriff’s residence at Petersburgh, and to enjoin the appellees from erecting said jail and residence.

Appellees filed a demurrer to the complaint for want of *523facts, which was sustained and an exception reserved, and appellants refusing to plead further, appellees had judgment.
