September 27, 1934. The opinion of the Court was delivered by In the consideration of this appeal we are forcibly reminded of a prophecy of the late Thomas P. Cothran, a Justice of this Court, made in 1926, in the case of Citizens'Bank v. Bradley, 136 S.C. 511, 134 S.E., 510, as follows:
