The opinion of the Court was delivered by This is an appeal from an order of his Honor, Judge Dennis, awarding the petitioner, Mrs. Hernlen, priority over all other general creditors of the defunct People's Bank of Anderson, in the distribution of its assets, under the circumstances which will be detailed.
