Albert Winter died a resident of this state on December 18th, 1920. Hnder his will dated January 6th, 1916, the residuary estate was left by paragraph 14 to trustees for the benefit of his son, Herman Blanchard Winter, with provisions for payment of part of the principal at certain times. The will authorized the son to appoint by will or other testamentary instrument the principal remaining in the hands of the trustees, to any individual or corporation.
