This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decree of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, rendered on the 24th day of June, 1910. A brief summary only of the facts will be stated, relying upon the opinion of the learned judge of the lower court (180 Fed. 796) for a full statement and elaboration of the same.
