The cross-complainant, Becker, seeks by this appeal to reverse the decree and, in substance, assigns as errors that the court erred (1) in overruling the exceptions to and approving the master’s report; (2) in finding that complainant had a first and prior lien for the sum found due her, and was first entitled to be paid out of the proceeds of any sale of the premises, and that Becker’s lien was subject to her lien; (3) in not finding that Becker had a first and superior lien upon the improvements on said premises, for the sum found due him, “to the extent of the increased value of such…
