This was a petition to establish a mechanic’s lien, brought by the defendants in error, against Croskey, as the owner of the fee, to whom the materials were furnished on account of which the lien accrued, and against certain other parties as mortgagees, judgment creditors, or subsequent purchasers. A decree was rendered, directing the sale of the premises, and establishing the relative order of the liens.
