Samuel Rothenberg created a life insurance trust wherein he named Eranklin Washington Trust Co. (hereinafter called Trust Co.) as trustee, with direction to invest the proceeds of his insurance policies after his death, in legal investments for trust funds and to pay the income for life to his mother, his wife and his children, and to distribute the principal in the manner specified in the trust agreement.
