MEMORANDUM DECISION

JUDITH A. BOULDEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This contested matter came before the court on the motion of the debtors Paul and Helen Dillon (Helen Dillon hereinafter referred to as Dillon) under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) 1 to avoid a judicial lien held by Provo School District Credit Union (Credit Union). Dillon asserts that the property to which the lien attaches qualifies under the provisions of the Utah Exemptions Act 2 as either having particular sentimental value or as a motor vehicle used in a debtor’s business or profession.
