The above-entitled filiation proceeding brought under article 8 of the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York, was commenced by the complainant on June 22, 1953 and a subsequent trial of said matter was held before this court on March 10 and 16, 1954 and decision rendered by this court on June 14, 1954 in which the court determined that the defendant was the father of a child born out of wedlock to the complainant on October 4, 1953, and fixed the liability of said defendant for the confinement expenses, medical bills and payments for the support and education of said child in…
