The appellee railroad company extended its line of railway through the city of Port Worth and into and through I-Iyde Park addition in the southeast part of the city, where it established its switch yards. W. C. Parks and wife, Carrie Parks, owned lots 77 and 78 and the east 12 feet of lot 79 in block 4 of the addition situated some 150 or 200 feet east of the east line of the switch yards, and this suit was instituted by them to recover alleged damages in the decreased value of the property mentioned because of a lateral extension of appellee’s switch yards, thus bringing the operating…
