Phillip Dines appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed in accordance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, alleging six claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. The postconviction court summarily denied the motion, concluding that all his claims were refuted by the record.
