In this asbestos-related products liability action, third party defendants Pacor, Inc. and Owens Corning Fiberglas, Inc. 1 have moved for summary judgment 2 on the basis of the decision in Cohn v. G.D. Searle Co., 598 F.Supp. 965 (D.N.J.1984), appeal docketed, No. 85-5048 (3rd Cir.
