RANDOLPH, Circuit Judge.
Henry Berroa appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, for unlawfully possessing with intent to distribute five grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) & (b)(l)(B)(iii). The only issue we need consider is whether the district court committed reversible error in giving, over Berroa’s objection, an “Allen” (Allen v.
