In this cause, Mrs. Loyce Camille Curtis, widow of Jimmy D. Curtis, formerly an employee of Delta Airlines, appeals from a jury verdict and decree of the Chancery Court of Shelby County based thereon, dismissing her bill against American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, in which she seeks a recovery of $40,000 under the provisions of a group insurance policy, Number VGA 18177, issued by defendant, American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, by the terms of which all employees of Delta Airlines whose applications had been accepted *206were insured.
