In this appeal, Golden Corral Corporation d/b/a Golden Corral and Corral Group, Incorporated (collectively, Golden Corral) contend the warning they provided to their customers concerning the presence of liquid on the floor in their restaurant discharged the duty they owed their invitees as a matter of law. Following a jury trial, the jury found Golden Corral negligent in a slip and fall case. Subsequently, the trial court rendered judgment for the plaintiff on the jury’s verdict.
