¶ 1. This appeal arises out of an employment dispute between plaintiff Dr. Ebaristo Herrera, former principal of Black River Union High School, and defendants Union No. 39 School District and Dr. James Van Hoof, the District’s superintendent. Plaintiff appeals from the superior court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants.
