OPINION
ROSENBERG, Justice.
By letter dated October 4,1993, this Court questioned whether the February 9, 1993 summary judgment was a final judgment and whether the March 24, 1993 and May 27, 1993 judgments were nullities because the trial court signed them after the expiration of its plenary jurisdiction. Assuming the February 9, 1993 summary judgment was the final judgment, the letter questioned whether Jobe timely perfected his appeal.
