Respondent, Alfred E. Bartlett, appeals the final agency order of the Colorado Real Estate Commission (the Commission) revoking his real estate broker's license, on the grounds that the Commission lacks authority to impose discipline for attempted erimes and that it failed to properly address evidence of his rehabilitation. We affirm.
