Mary Ferrell died September 5th, 1884, testate, leaving surviving her Andrew Ferrell, her husband, and brothers and sisters and children of deceased brothers and sisters, and brothers and sisters and children of deceased brothers and sisters of her deceased husband. The testatrix was childless.
