Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered November 16,1979, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, (Penal Law, § 220.18) and resentencing her thereon to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of three years to life, is unanimously reversed, on the law, and a new trial ordered.
