The defendant was convicted of the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors. The assignments of error all relate to the charge of the court and are presented under a general exception to the charge. They complain of (a) certain “important misstatements of fact”; (b) the inadequacy of the charge. The argument of the learned counsel for the appellant involves a consideration of the facts as exhibited in the testimony. The defendant was the lessee of a two-story brick building, No. 633 Dickinson Street in the City of Philadelphia which had been occupied for some years…
