This case concerns the interpretation of a number of contractual agreements entered into by Journey Acquisition-II, LP (Journey) and EQT Production Company (EQT). The agreements involve conveyances of interests in oil, natural gas, mineral rights, and related assets connected to several large tracts of land in southeastern Kentucky.
