*98*210¶ 1 This is an appeal of a judgment in a garnishment action brought by Carol and Terrance Beck. Following a bench trial, the circuit court concluded that the Becks met their burden to prove fraudulent transfer under WIS. STAT. § 242.05(2) (2015-16)1 by BidRX, LLC to Fiscal Intermediary Third Party Funds Services, LLC (Fiscal). The court awarded judgment against both BidRX and Fiscal. While BidRX and Fiscal objected to the circuit court's determination on multiple grounds, we agree with their contention that the evidence was insufficient to prove fraudulent transfer under § 242.05(2)…
