¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals reversing a judgment and an order of the Circuit Court for Grant County, Robert E VanDeHey, Judge. 1 The circuit court granted summary judgment to Roger Taylor, Rodney Taylor, and Economy Feed Mill (collectively the Taylors), dismissing Badger State Bank's complaint alleging that the Taylors were the recipients of fraudulent transfers within the meaning of the Wisconsin Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, specifically, Wis.
