This proceeding is by information in the nature of a quo warranto to test the organization of a drainage district, and it was before us on a question of the sufficiency of the information, (People ex rel. v. McDonald, 208 Ill. 638.) It was then decided that the circuit court erred in sustaining a demurrer to the information and quashing it. Accordingly the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded, and upon re-instatement in the circuit court- the defendants filed a plea setting up the proceedings had for the formation of the district.
