MASON, Justice.
Plaintiff, United Telephone Company of Iowa (the Company), seeks by appeal to this court review of the judgment of the Jasper District Court which affirmed in all respects the May 1, 1972, Decision and Order of the Iowa State Commerce Commission denying plaintiff’s proposed rate increase, requiring filing of revised rates and refund of all sums collected under bond. Section 490A.19, The Code, 1971. Chapter 490A was renumbered by the code editor as chapter 476, The Code, 1977, and sections 490A.14 to 490A.19 were repealed by the 1974 Regular Session of the Sixty-fifth General…
