ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

This is a civil rights case in which plaintiffs Palshook and Lopez allege they were subjected to unlawful treatment by Perkins Township Police officers and one Township resident. Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1988 for alleged violations of their Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution, their Article I, § 14 rights under the Ohio Constitution, and various state law tort claims. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1343. Pending are summary judgment motions of defendants…
