—This was a suit on a contract for the payment of nine hundred and fifty dollars for lumber and material to be furnished in the construction and erection of a house of ten rooms as a home for appellant on certain lots in the city of Abilene, Texas, claimed by her as her separate property, and to foreclose the lien provided for by the contract on said lots to secure the payment of said sum.
