SUTTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court of Brewster County.

The suit was instituted by Dick Williams and two others as independent executors of the estate of Elizabeth M. Watkins, deceased, against Asa A. Jones and some two hundred and fifty other defendants in trespass to try title and sought the recovery of some thirty sections of land in Block G-l, D. & W. R. R. Co., in Brewster County. M. L. Hopson, named originally as a defendant, on the trial aligned himself with the plaintiff and sought the recovery of certain sections of land in the. same block. The…
