W.A.S. Food Service Corp. d/b/a Seascapes (“Seascapes”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 16, 1984 and continued the operation of its restaurant business in midtown Manhattan as debtor-in-possession. Subsequently, on May- 24, 1984, John S.
