Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), rendered January 6, 1984, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substances in the second degree and criminal possession of a *468controlled substance in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
