DIXON, Justice.
■ The plaintiffs are psychiatrists who employed .the defendant, a psychologist. They sue to enforce a provision in an employment contract for “liquidated damages” of $6000.00, which the plaintiffs claim have become due because the defendant left their employment and established the practice of psychology in Lafayette. Both plaintiffs and defendant filed motions for summary judgment. The plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment was supported by the deposition of the defendant.
