This case arises out of an appeal from an arbitration award for defendant, dated September 15,1977. The back of the arbitrator’s report indicates that it was filed on September 16 and indexed on September 19. The docket entry for the award also shows these two dates. The appeal herein by plaintiff was filed on *368October 4, and the notice thereof was apparently mailed on October 6.
